Policies and General Information

All parts in this catalog are sold with a satisfaction guaranteed policy. Please examine your order immediately. All shortages, incorrect items, and damages must be reported within 7 days! If the package was damaged in shipment, save the merchandise and packaging and notify us immediately for instructions. To return an item to us, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number. If H&H is responsible for the incorrect shipment we will reimburse the customer for their return shipping charges but under no circumstances will H&H pay for additional charges incurred by using packaging services, air shipping or accept COD shipments. For your your protection, send the package by UPS or insured Parcel Post, saving the receipt until you hear from us. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items are non returnable except for warranty issues. No Returns on any items after 90 days. Any item sent back to H&H that has been opened or packaging defaced in any way will be subject to a repackaging fee. H&H reserves the right to refuse a returned item based upon its condition.
H&H Classic Parts reserves the right to change all prices, terms, specifications, and other information without notice. Please call or write us if you have any questions or if you feel there is a discrepancy.
All of your parts are guaranteed for 90 days to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, unless noted within the catalog. Of course, the guarantee does not apply in the advent of any misuse, neglect, or improper installation or modification.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (Paypal on website orders only). There is a minimum purchase of $10.00 on all credit card sales. Please provide the card number, expiration date, cardholder's name, and on mail orders the cardholder's signature. We also accept money orders and certified checks that are drawn on a US bank and/or financial institution. Sorry, no COD's or personal checks.
Make certain you inspect all packages in the presence of the driver/carrier. If you receive a package that has been damaged or opened, make a claim with the driver/carrier at that time. All claims of loss, concealed damage or other destruction must be made by you with the carrier. Save all boxes and packing materials as the carrier may want to inspect it. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but this is the policy of UPS and FedEx. Any shortages not the fault of the carrier must be reported within 7 days of receiving order. No exceptions allowed.
Listings in the catalog do not imply availability. However, it is rare that we are out of an item, but it will happen from time to time. In the event of a back order, we will cancel that item and you will need to reorder at a later date.
H&H Classic Parts reserves the right to make changes and improvements in our products without incurring any liability to include these in any products previously manufactured or sold.
The purpose of core charge or deposit is to insure the return of rebuildable parts. Your deposit wil be promptly refunded when we receive your complete, rebuildable core. A copy of your original purchase invoice must accompany your core. No refund will be issued for damaged, broken, disassembled, or incomplete cores. No exceptions will be allowed. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
Arkansas residents must include state sales tax. If you are an automotive parts business and/or you have a tax number, please include a copy of your permit with your order. To calculate sales tax you will have to contact us.
